Rubbish television...choose in a right way!

Nowdays, there are lots of programmes on TV, and there are also a great deal of channels. However, there are different kinds of programmes, and of course, there are ones which have more imoportance than others.

In Catalonia, it's really hard to choose a favourite programme for the society, but is really popular, for exemple, this kind of programmes like "¿Dónde estás corazón?". I think it's a horrible progrmme, but it is watched by a large section of the population.

The programme consists of inviting famous people who have some gossip to tell. People love it because what they do is to gossip each other lives. When they invited these kinds of horrible people, there are always discussions. The people who are invited think they are intelligent, but really they aren't. They defend their way of life and try to explain to the society why the behave in that particular way.

Finally, from my point of view, it doesn't deserve the popularity that it has. Furthermore, the person who is invited earns a large amount of money. But, what can we do if there are people who like these programmes?

Carnival in Torelló!

The Torelló's Carnival is a very famous one in Catalonia, and there are lots of people around Osona and other places of Catalonia that comes to assist in it. It consist that many carnival floats are decorated in different topics, according to the people who managed the float. Then the people who want to participate in one specific float pay some money to go there. They have the costumes all done and then don't have to worry about nothing, just being on the float during the night.

Then you can go to the Carnival with your friends and dress up yourselves. It's great because all the floats have music, so you can go behind them and dance. After the cavalcade of carnival, there is a disco in the pavilion where all the people go. But I have to say that's a bit stressing and very hot!!!

This year, the Carnival it's very late, because it's this Saturday, but I can't wait to go. It's amazing! And I'll go dress up as a mechanic.

Happy New Year 2011

On these days we try to forget all the problems, the personal ones and the ones that are important around the world.

We try to be happy and make all the important people for us happy too, because it’s important to be by their side.

We weight up the good and bad things that have happened to us during the year. The best ones we want to keep on the memory and never forget them. The other ones, we leave behind and we promise that we’ll try to change it.

We think too. We think on the new projects that will take place during the New Year. Every year is special and different, but 2011 is very important. We’ll finish “batxillerat” for start a new stage on our life, going to university. And we’ll be 18, so we’ll have to try to be adults.

But, apart from all that stuff, the most important thing is to be happy on liv the life as it was the last night. So, I wish for all of you, lots of love and happiness.

Language learning in different countries

The aim of this report is to explain how to learn foreign languages in our country, and which are the most popular ones. The reasons why these languages are learnt and who is interested in language learning.

In Catalonia, the most common second language is English. That's because it¡s really importance around the world, in particular in the world of work. Moreover, it's the main language used on the internet. On the one hand, it's a language studied by the majority of students because it's and obligatory subject on the school and it's needed for many University degrees. However, lots of them go to academies to increase their level.

First of all, a good and cheap way to imporve your language skills is to watch films with subtitles and read a great deal of books in English. Another method is to study the language by going to an academy or if you have the opportunity, travelling to England or to another English country and live there for a period of time.

Finally, it's important that the level of English taught in schools increases, so students will finish their education with good studies for a successful future.

Standing on the age of forever

There are days in live when you know for sure what you have to do, which or with who is your destination. But there are other days, these days when you wake up and you feel insure and alone in front of the world. Your doubts increase and you feel uncomfortable, because you think all the world is against you. Every single word and every single look is driving you crazy. These days are better to go back to the bed and continue sleeping, like never anything had happen. And, the most important is to not make any madness, otherwise you’ll repent it.

On the other hand, during the good days, you are sure about who you are and what you want. These days are important for making new progresses and for realized what are you in this world for. These days are the ones you have to make decisions. These days describe you as a person, because you’re ready to eat the world!

And it’s then, when you realize that are some things that only happen once in life, and this is the time to take advantage. Sometimes in life it’s now or never.

Hello people! That's the first day I have to write in my blog, and I don't know what to really write about. I won't write about my life because it isn't interessting...

However, I want to explain that this weekend I went to the Harry Potter's premiere. I've always loved Harry Potter, so I want to explain it.

The stories are around Harry Potter, an orphan boy who discovers that he's a wizard. This ability appeared when he was born. He's invited to attend the boarding school called Hogwarts, where lots of stories happened. There he meets his best friends: Ron and Hermione.

The last book is divided in two films: the first one is the new, and the second one, I don't know when is going to be at the cinema. In these films, it take place the last battle between Harry and Lord Voldemort to the death.

I'm excited for watch the last one, so I hope that it will come to the cinema soon!!!!!
